Only use the "sign up" function, if you never purchased in our webshop and are no Ebay customer. Click on the "sign up" button at the top right hand corner of the screen and choose on the following page either private or business customer. Fill out the form and click on the orange button to validate. In order to complete the process and protect your data, you will then receive an e-mail. Click on the provided link to confirm your registration.
The login button is located at the top right hand corner of the screen. On the login page, please indicate your e-mail address and your password. Click then on "login".
Click on the link to request a new password.
Log in your personal webshop-account as usual. From there, it will be possible to change your personal data by clicking on "modify my personal data".
Yes. As Ebay customer, you are automatically registered in our system. Click on the "sign up" button at the top right hand corner of the screen. On the next page, click then on "forgot password?". Fill out the field with the email address you use on Ebay. You will automatically receive an email containing a password that you can use on our webshop. After being logged in for the first time, you will be able to change this password.
You have the possibility to choose between the 4 following options:
• Germany Standard
• Germany Express
• Outside Germany Standard
• Outside Germany Express
Prices and conditions will be indicated during the order process or by clicking on the link
• Standard shipping Germany: 1-7 working days
• Standard shipping outside Germany: depending on recipient country
• Express shipping Germany: 1 working day, no delivery on Saturdays
• Express shipping outside Germany: depending on recipient country
Express orders until noon (CET+1; Tuesday to Friday) will leave our shop on the same day.
Yes. Delivery in 1 working day is guaranteed when ordering with express shipping Germany. Please note that there will be no delivery on Saturdays. Express shipping outside Germany can last longer, depending on the recipient country.
Shipping costs are composed of multiple elements:
• Insured shipping
• Packing material
• Staff costs
• Rent for shipping department and packing material storage
To ensure fairness to our walk-in customers, we have decided not to include parts of these costs in the article prices.
We ship parcels either with DHL or with UPS. If you would like to be supplied exclusively by one of the 2 providers, please indicate it in the message field during the ordering process. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday.
Due to frauds in the past, we no longer deliver to pack-stations.

Please note that all parcels are insured. Should your parcel be lost, you would naturally receive a free replacement.
After validating your order, you will receive an email confirmation. In this email, you will receive our bank details as well as the total amount due. Important: Do not forget to mention your customer number and confirmation number. After receiving the total amount on our bank account, we will immediately ship the parcel. Please note that it may take up to 4 days before we can attest the payment on our bank account.
For SEPA debit, the due amount will be charged within a 14-day period to the bank account you provided during the ordering process. We will directly send you the available articles. Please note that we only charge for delivered articles. In case of an incomplete order, we will proceed to one or multiple debits for each delivery. Shipping costs will be charged only once per order, no matter the number of deliveries.
During the order process, please fill out the fields with your credit card informations. The credit card number will not be saved nor showed in our system. The payment will occur instantly live through our certified payment provider "1&1-iPayment". You should never close the opened window on your screen during the 5-second checking process. After a successful check, your credit card will be charged and your order will be completed.
Credit card denied during payment process
Credit card payment are denied by the customer's bank. If this happened to you, please contact your bank for further explanation. Do not forget to control beforehand, that the given credit card data are correct.
By choosing Paypal payment, you will be automatically redirected to a secured Paypal webpage. From there, you will be able to log in you Paypal account and pay for your order. We will send the ordered parts as soon as we attest the payment on our Paypal account.
Our product range is composed of new and used articles. Used Articles are always marked as such.
We offer original parts as well as high quality reproduction parts. Original parts are marked as such on our webshop.
Yes. Some references are only ordered after customer's request due to the rarity of demand and high value. Some other references are still in production process. We will try as much as possible to give you a future possible date of delivery.
Yes, every customer has a 14-day right of revocation. Please send us the unwanted parts with the return note you received in your parcel. If you do not have it anymore, please send us the goods with a simple note explaining your request and stating your customer number as well as the invoice number
Please send us the goods with the return note. On this note, please describe which problem you encountered with the part, or the reason of the return. In case you do not have the return note anymore, just add a separate note stating your customer number, the invoice number as well as your request.
Please send us your return in a stamped parcel. We will then control the part and refund shipping costs it in case of a defect good.
The safest and fastest way is to use our online shop. Online orders are processed as quickly as possible and your data are transmitted and stored safely.
