Shipping

The shipping-costs will be charged according to the conditions displayed in a list you will find on www.ulismotorradladen.de under Shipping or in conjunction with the online-order you place.

We will select the appropriate shipping method and forwarder for your order.
All shipments leaving us are insured regarding loss of shipment during transport.

Online-orders display the corresponding shipping-costs and all additions and will are accepted when you confirm the order.

Please notice:
Any order will result in shipping-costs, regardless of the amount of items. No shipment will be transport-fee free.
The shipping-costs include the German VAT in any case, which is no error.

The shipping-time within Germany for regular shipments is 1-5 labourdays.
The shipping-time within Germany for express shipments is 1 labourday if we get the order till 12:00 pm CET. On Monday, Saturday, Sunday and German Holidays no express shipments are possible.

The shipping-time in foreign countries varies from 5-60 labourdays, depending on the destination.

Due to specific conditions in the land of the distination (holidays, weather-conditions, legal conditions) delays can occur and cannot be influenced by Uli's.

Uli's cannot guarantee that the parcel will arrive in time. The shipping-companies themselves do not guarantee the delivery within the standard-runtime, unless you do not order additional service performances.
Only for express shipments the shipping-time is guaranteed.

Special shipping-options can be ordered, resulting in additional freight-cost, such as express shipments our courier-services. The costs and conditions can be asked for at Uli's helpdesk.
In any case the shipping-costs will exceed those of a regular shipment.

We are capable to ship complete motorcycles, sidecars and combinations as well. Costs and delivery conditions on request.

Customs duties, taxes and other fees for international shipping

The charged shipping-costs only include transportation.

Customs-duties, taxes and other charges will have to be paid by the customer himself in the destination country.
The amount can neither be estimated nor does Ulis Motorradladen GmbH have any influence on it.

Please do not request to account for a lower invoice price than the actual one. This would be illegal.

Payment conditions

• We withdraw the total from your bank account, if it is a Germany-based bank. You will not have to do anything else. The quickest and most convenient way to pay.
  Unfortunately direct debit payments from banks ouside of Germany are not possible.
• Credit card: The Payment is made via our website during the ordering process.
  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and JCB.
• Pre-payment: We will send you an e-mail (or fax) including the order-confirmation with a detailed list of what you ordered as well as the total amount. If you transfer the money to one of our bank accounts the goods will be sent out without any delay.
• Paypal: The Payment is made via our website during the ordering process.
  Please note that you can also transfer the amount to pay manually to our Paypal account info@ulismotorradladen.de.
  Please make sure to include your customer number as well as your order number.

Using the online-shop you can proceed with the payment as soon as the buying process is finished. Please state the order-confirmation-ID on the money transfer.

Reparation of components

If you send us bike parts for maintenance, please do not forget to include a detailed description of the work you want us to do. Without such a detailled work order we can not complete your request.
Please clean the parts before you send them in. If you fail to do so, we will probably have to charge an additional cleaning-fee.
Shipping any items to us will be at your own risk so please make sure, you pack things carefully! Quite often valuable parts break or get scratched due to improper packing.
The repair order you send with the parts must contain your full name, home-address and phone number.

Repeal information

It is your privilege as a end-customer to repeal the contract within the first 14 days after your purchase. This right is only valid if we have sent the parts to you, not if you have bought them in our store. Please declare your repeal within 14 days in written form (a.e. letter, fax, e-mail) or by phone.
Preferrably use our order cancellation form, provided on our website.

The 14-day period begins as soon as you or a third party – not being the forwarder – receives the shipment, if all ordered items are at once. If your order is divided into more than one shipment, the period starts with reception of the last partial shipment.
For a valid cancellation it is sufficient to send us the cancellation form before the cancellation period ends.

Result of appeal

In case of a valid repeal all benefits must be returned by both parties.
If items can not be returned in full by you (or with decrease in value), you owe us compensation. This may result in you having to fulfill your payment until the repeal is completed. Compensation will only be applicable, if the decrease in value is caused by usage exceeding testing quality or functionality. This compares to any testing performed in a store.

If your items are shipped by parcel, the shipping will be at our risk.

You will have to pay any return shipment costs.
These return shipment costs will be presented during your online-purchase.
The costs are:
EUR 7,65 inside germany
EUR 20,90 from all other european continent countrys
EUR 44,50 from all countrys outside the european continent.
In case the costs for a standard parcel exceed the formentioned, we will refund the difference.

Any items not shippable by parcel will be picked up from your location.
Refunds must be completed within 14 days.

The time period begins with the delivery of the repeal for you and for us when received.

No right for repeal for business clients, clubs and organisations.
If you are of that category, please contact us in case of a repeal.

No right for repeal for any purchases in our store.
If you want to return items bought in our store. please contact us.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange any goods you are required to return the items.
After the return is processed we will refund the regarding amount and charge you for the desired items.

Claims

Within the implied warranty of 24 months you can assess quality and function and report any initial defects.
For items purchased in our store you must assess the quality right away.

For used parts the implied warranty is 12 months.
Of course we inspect all secondhand and used parts thoroughly before we sell them.

In case of a righteous reclamation of goods, Uli's will cover all transportation-fees, including the return.

Your shipments to us

will be accepted if the transportation-fee has been paid for. Shipments that include a duty for Uli's will be refused. Exemptions are made if the return is subject to an agreement with Uli's.

If it should be your wish not to expend transportation-fees prior to the return, we would like you to get in contact with us. Uli's has means to organize reasonable collect-services.

If you should fail to contact us before you send in a parcel with a duty for Uli's, we would probably deduct the cost (15,- €) from later refunds. Please do not send “unfree” parcels!

Prices

All pricelists from Uli's Motorradladen – such as the PDF-files you find on our website – include conditional prices. Changes of those can and will occur and we do not guarantee these prices. These lists include net and gross pricing, generally shown in Euro.

Prices shown in our online shop are always up-to-date and are valid throughout the order process.

All prices are in Euro. We do not accept or handle other currencies.

All invoices are set in Euro, other currencies are not accepted.
