Attention:
The bushing has a little oversize.
This is no mistake or fabrication defect!
It has always been the case.
First the bushing has to be pressed on the shaft.
In doing so the bushing changes its shape.
Therefore the bushing must then be finished on a turning lathe.
If the bushing had no oversize, it would be too thin in places, after beeing pressed on the shaft.
