The supply takes place at the buyer’s risk.

Payment is being made by credit card. This is simple and comfortable for you. In case of an order, we need the credit card number, the expiry date, and the name of the card holder. We accept VISA and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD. We don't have a secure site. Please don't email your card details. Use our fax or call us please.

We add all needed certificates of export and custom paperwork. We ship to all countries by AirMail (Premium), SAL (Economy), or by UPS within shortest time, mostly on the very same day!

This might be interesting when your bike breaks down during your vacations. The spare part (even complete engines) gets to you within 2-3 days. In real emergencies we can ship the needed spare part to you within 24 hours! We even dispatch complete motorcycles and side cars. Prices on request.

Repair jobs sometimes need longer  than necessary. In order to save you from annoying further inquiries, long repair times and higher costs, please settle an exact error description. Always pack up your shipment very well! Please clean the parts from dirty oil and send them grease-free. Otherwise we will have to charge you for the cleaning. Always attach an accompanying letter to the parcel with your telephone number, fax number, or eMail address. 

We accept your shipments gladly, if they reach us stamped. Any sent-in package, which is connected with receipt costs for us, will be refused and sent back to your loads.

Exchanges and returns cause significant costs for both of us. It is therefore important to regard some rules concerning the return of goods:

• The commodity must have been actually supplied by us.
• The return should be made short time after supply, after 14 days at the latest. Please indicate the invoice number. An exchange or a credit within the guarantee time is only possible with your original invoice. Keep all vouchers!
• All goods may only be returned intact and in original packaging.
• Goods returns, which are not due to wrong deliveries by our mistake, are charged with a handling charge of 10% of the commodity value.
• Goods, which we procured for your particular request, are excluded from cancelling in principle.
• The costs involved by exchanges, e.g. forwarding expenses, have to be paid by the buyer, if the registration of the appropriate requirements did not take place within a period of 14 days.
• Excluded from exchanges are e.g. crankshafts, cylinders, as well as any literature and all electrical parts such as bulbs, voltage regulators, etc..

In principle, we are willing to take back goods (according to the German law) if the product does not correspond to your expectations.

We grant guarantee on all new parts for the period of 24 months. Used parts are excluded from any guarantee. Of course, we submit all used parts to a (non destructive) visual and a functional test. You receive a function warranty.

Forwarding expenses are at least 2.50€ lump sum plus postage costs. Please note that we must charge value added tax in the EEC, even on forwarding expenses and this is no mistake....
Please consider: Forwarding expenses are 7,00€ at least!

The packing material, with which we pack up the sensitive motorcycle parts consists of Bio8. Those are flakes, which are exclusively made of plant starch and air. The flakes are biological degradable and compostable. And of course, you can use them again for sending away your packages.

The extent of of our site is very large and we update it as often as possible. But some prices change even more rapidly. In this respect, we have to reserve  price adjustments. All quotations are without guarantee. We ask for your understanding.

Prices in brackets are in Euro € without value added tax (for our not EEC foreign customers), all other prices are in Euro € including 19% value added tax.
Prices shown in the OnlineShop are Euro without 19%German VAT. Before you finish your order, VAT will be shown.
P&P will be add after collecting the parts. Please tell us on your order, if you like to receive an invoice before we ship the parcel.
